UnLtd Delhi, a leading incubator for social entrepreneurs in Delhi, is looking for an outstanding Incubation Manager.
About Unltd Delhi
UnLtd Delhi is an incubator for social entrepreneurs. We work with early-stage social entrepreneurs to help them:
- Develop as leaders
- Accelerate their impact
- Prepare their organizations for scaling and further investment
At UnLtd Delhi we search, select and support exceptional individuals who are committed to solve some of India’s biggest challenges using their passion and entrepreneurial skills. We want to accelerate the impact of over 300 social entrepreneurs residing in Delhi-NCR region and could be working anywhere in the country, in the next 5 years.
We select fellows whose ventures focus on a variety of sectors such as green living, alternative agriculture, energy, education, livelihoods, environment, health, citizen rights and empowerment. We provide them with:
– Seed Funding
– Coaching
– Leadership Development
– Expert Connections / Panels / Mentorship
– Peer Learning Workshops and Customized Training
UnLtd Delhi is an affiliate of UnLtd India. As an affiliate we adhere to the shared framework, values and principles of the incubation model developed by UnLtd India that supported over 180 social entrepreneurs in Maharashtra since 2007
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Work with the Director and the team to set the incubation strategy.
- Provide high-quality coaching and advisory support to the UnLtd Delhi Fellows.
- Build and work with the network of Mentors who mentor UnLtd Delhi Fellows.
- Create a panel of experts to provide support to UnLtd Delhi Fellows.
- Support in the training of Fellows.
- Support in the scouting and selection of the Fellows.
You have:
- At least Five to seven years’ experience of working in a corporate, start-up or high-quality development organization.
- Past experience of investment and/or working with a funding or consultancy firm is preferred.
- Strong experience of business, financial planning and financial modeling
- Strong grasp of at least two of the following areas – strategy setting, governance, legal structures and team building
- Outstanding written and spoken communication skills
You are an individual who is:
- Passionate about social entrepreneurship
- A self-starter, creative, energetic and committed
- Strongly aligned with our mission and organizational values
- Confident in dealing with a wide range of senior-level decision makers in a variety of organizations.
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Eligible to work in India
