Delivery Associates is partnering with two governments, LA County and the City of Orlando, FL, to create new teams of in-house implementation and social impact experts. The teams will support their government to ensure equitable access to critical services for all residents.
Dedicated to equity, each team of three results-oriented individuals will drive the implementation of a well-defined priority area, resulting in specific, measurable, and above all, equitable outcomes. The teams are founded on project management, data science, and community engagement, and will strive to bring structure and clarity to local government, distilling complex challenges into digestible parts with a laser focus on execution. For the 12-month pilot period, this team of in-house implementation and social impact experts will address disparities in service delivery and scale each government’s pioneering behavioral health crisis response program.

Roles will be based in the relevant government for a one-year term (Jan 2023 – Dec 2023). Local residents with community ties are particuarly encouraged to apply.

City of Orlando Equitable Outcomes Team
- Head of the Equitable Outcomes Team – executive who will oversee the team’s work to achieve big picture goals, and lead engagement with senior government and community leaders
- Impact Manager – experienced implementer who will drive day to day planning, problem solving, performance management, progress tracking, and build capacity of others in these skills
- Equity Data Analyst - data analysis, reporting, and visualization whiz who can serve as a quantitative and qualitative data expert and help non-technical team members understand progress
LA County Equitable Outcomes Team
- Head of the EOT - senior role working with LA County leadership and community-based organizations with a focus on equity
- Priority Manager - mid-level role, serving as the in-house expert on strategy, implementation, and project management
- Priority Associate - associate level, focusing on project management, operations, and communications
