Ideal candidate:

• Has at least 5 years of progressive people operations experience in the US, ideally with remote employees across multiple states
• Brings experience with US payroll taxes, compliance, benefits administration (health insurance, 401(k), FMLA), and nonprofit operations
• Is willing to handle both routine projects and high-level strategic planning
• Thrives working independently and remotely, and is comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• Is passionate about global development and social impact
