SEEKING 2 IMPACT DIRECTORS (TRUSTEE-STYLE ROLE) – URGENT WEEKEND APPOINTMENT

We’re setting up a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to operate a winter emergency student support hub in London, and we need two governance leaders to join us as Impact Directors.

It’s similar to a trustee/NED role:

• 4–6 hours per month

• Light, governance-focused

• Sign-off on SPV formation documents

• Oversight of bank account & application (no personal guarantee)

• Fully indemnified

• Legal support provided

This role is unpaid, but has a pathway to Co-Founder for the right person once we’ve worked together.

We need two people this weekend due to a time-sensitive submission.

We are inviting candidates based in the UK only due to the responsibilities of the role.
