Frontline Catalysts is looking for a Program Manager & Storyteller to join our Oakland-based team!

This person will eventually lead Frontline Voices: Media for the Movement program and help shape narratives that inspire youth and families as community healers, organizers, and leaders. We’re looking for someone who:
✨ Engages youth at the intersection of today’s environmental issues and the policies and systems we need to respond to the climate crisis
✨ Works collaboratively and hits the ground running
✨ Embodies joy, creativity, and collective resistance
✨ Motivates youth to grow as leaders, while being part of a collective team
