Location: Hybrid role with preference given to Minneapolis, NYC & DC | Full time – hybrid schedule of two days in-office for team collaboration  


The Manager, Global Partnerships will play a lead role in Alight’s engagement with corporate and private foundations. This position reports to the Director, Global Partnerships and Government Affairs and will also work in collaboration with CMEO and CEO to define effective strategies for corporate and foundation partnership engagement.   
 
The Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Alight’s current and prospective corporate and foundation partners with an assigned portfolio of existing partners and business development responsibilities.  This includes taking a moves management approach to retain and deliver long-term funding partnerships 
 
Benefits & Compensation
Salary range: $90,000 - $100,000
