Blue Ventures Conservation is looking for Technical Officer-Financial Inclusion (Kenya) and Technical Officer-Financial Inclusion (Tanzania). 

Financial Inclusion is one of Blue Ventures' Conservation pillars of Strategy. To empower small-scale fishers towards access to financial services 

The Ideal applicant should:

• Possess three to five years of experience in microfinance and village savings and loaning associations (VSLAs) or savings group methodologies.
• Experience in interacting with and educating mature VSLAs to reach financial independence 
• An understanding of the banking and partnership models in Africa.
