Job Seeking Community!

I hope you're all doing well as we head into the busy fall season. You've probably seen some of the free workshops I've posted here for The Method Coach, and I wanted to thank everyone who has attended and shared them with others – it really means a lot.

As we move into application season and year-end planning, I wanted to share a few ways I might be able to help both professionals looking to pivot or return to school and parents with students applying to college:

  • University Application Sprint (Undergrad & Grad): With first-round deadlines approaching in November, I’m welcoming last-minute decision-makers while many consultants have stopped taking new clients. As an Ivy League MBA, I specialize in top-tier schools, nontraditional candidates, EMBA applicants, and international programs through intensive 1:1 coaching with a small client base. My comprehensive toolkit covers it all, including proprietary tracking systems, essay frameworks, and recommendation letter strategies. I offer Full-Service and Supported DIY options with payment plans available. If you’re considering business school, graduate programs, or competitive undergraduate programs but worried about timing, I’m here to help make it happen. Learn more here.

  • Executive Coaching: I’m taking on new coaching clients, particularly professionals navigating organizational changes. Whether you’re dealing with restructuring, leadership transitions, or the federal turnover we’re seeing this year, sometimes having an outside perspective can make all the difference in how you show up as a leader.

  • Professional Development Workshops: For associations, nonprofits, and affinity groups looking to provide value to their members, I design custom workshop series. I’m currently working with a local policy professionals association on a four-part career transitions program for people affected by recent federal changes. These can be virtual or in-person, depending on your group’s needs.

Keep an eye out for future workshops and offerings—there’s more to come as we wrap up 2025. If any of these services resonate, I’d love to hear from you. And if you know someone who could benefit, please share with your network.

Best,

Lajuanda
