FreeWill is an award-winning, social-good startup that has raised more than $4 billion for high impact nonprofits since we were founded in 2017. We’ve been featured in the New York Times, Forbes, Oprah’s magazine, and our co-CEOs have even been named to Town & Country’s “Top 50 Philanthropists” list.
All of this is because we’ve figured out how to make some powerful (but complicated!) ways to donate much easier and more accessible. Our products make things easier for the donors who want to change the world and for nonprofits doing heroic work around the planet.
In the last 5 years, we’ve grown from 5 people to 100+ (all smart, tenacious, and kind), and continue to grow quickly. We’d love to have you be a part of this adventure.

About the Role
FreeWill is seeking a Data Analyst to help develop our data strategy and deliver insights for our nonprofit customer success team. This is a full-time position in a company with an office in NYC -- although you are free to work however remote you desire.
While this role sits within the Business Intelligence (BI) team, the role will work closely with our Content Strategy Manager, as well as other members of the Content team. To that end, this role will support data-driven efforts to hone and implement our content strategy across all nonprofits.
Expected Responsibilities:

How? This role will execute analyses and uncover new data trends to inform and drive an impactful content strategy. This will include, but not be limited to:
Why? In order to build the best content strategy possible, it needs to be data-backed, iterative, and experimental -- which means we need a data expert to uncover new insights, identify new trends, and bring analytical best practices to our content data. This role will be the first to integrate Content Team's work with the BI Team's analytical expertise, to ensure we are efficiently and ethically building a data-informed content strategy.
Requirements:
A plus, but not required: Experience in content or marketing analysis/strategy
