East Bay Permanent Real Estate Cooperative's mission and vision is to liberate land permanently from the speculative market through collective co-ownership and co-stewardship of land, housing and commercial spaces. They've just gone public with the launch of their Direct Public Offering campaign to raise $1.8 million to support the liberation of Esther's Orbit Room and the revitalization of a Black business district in West Oakland, CA.

They're now looking for an Outreach Project Manager to lead an anti-displacement outreach, education, and organizing project focused in East Oakland, CA. They are seeking someone committed to East Oakland who can take on the management, administration, and delivery of a complex, four-year project with specific key deliverables.
