Please note: The position will be employed under our U.S. entity, for a project based in Geneva, Switzerland. Candidates must have the right to work in the United States; Vera will support the visa and work permit process for Switzerland. This role is tied to a specific project assignment.

Position Overview
This Senior Consultant role is tied to a specific large client project in Geneva. While you’ll be a fully integrated member of our consulting team, your work will focus primarily on supporting this one client engagement in collaboration with our CEO and one of our implementation partners.
Consultants are involved throughout the entirety of a project’s life cycle – discovery and design, platform configuration, and training/rollout. This role is anticipated to primarily work on-site with a client, with occasional remote work.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements
- In partnership with Architects, design solutions, and collaborate with clients and partners to build solutions.
- Configure, test, and deploy high-quality systems
- Deliver client training
- Engage with a range of client and partner stakeholders, ensuring needs are listened to and addressed
- Support clients in other relevant project delivery areas e.g., technical documentation, data migration etc.
- Contribute to Vera’s learning environment by sharing learnings and insights with our consulting and product teams
Qualifications and ExperienceEssential
- 6+ years professional experience, especially in technology, the social sector, or consulting
- Experience with Salesforce or other cloud relational database systems
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Previous stakeholder management experience
- Consensus builder who is fantastic at fostering relationships, generating buy-in from multiple stakeholders for proposed solutions, and building trust
- Curiosity and problem-solving skills
- Strong aptitude for using technology and data
- Excellent written and verbal communication and relational skills
- Ability to carry tasks forward independently or ask for help along the way
- Meticulousness, punctuality, and outstanding attention to detail
- Ability/willingness to be based in Geneva at least 3 days per week, preferably full-time
- Advanced degree
- Business analysis experience
- Salesforce certifications (including Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification)
- Significant experience with data analysis software (Example – Power BI, Stata, etc.).
- Proficient in the use of G-Suite applications, O365, Atlassian (Confluence, Jira), and/or other common cloud-based software.
- Experience in Grant Management, Impact Measurement, or Strategic Planning.
- Knowledge of or experience with Amp Impact
