AgDevCo has regional offices and country presence in West (Accra), East (Nairobi) and Southern (Lilongwe, Lusaka, and soon Cape Town) Africa; with their headquarters being in London, United Kingdom.

AgDevCo recognises that it takes more than investment capital to build profitable, sustainable commercial agribusinesses. For investee businesses to grow in a financially, environmentally, and socially sustainable way, they also require access to fit-for-purpose technical expertise. Through the AgDevCo Technical Assistance Facility (TAF), they provide technical assistance (TA) that enables businesses to reduce risks and ensure they are equipped with the right tools and know-how to succeed and maximise the impact of their work beyond their core business.

They are looking to recruit a full-time Analyst/ Associate to help deliver the programme of work within the TAF. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving, analytical, relationship and communication skills. While the successful candidate will be adding general capacity to the TAF team overall, he/she will also be expected to lead specific TA projects – from project design, through to approval and ultimately implementation. He/she will also play an important role in the TAF’s knowledge sharing programme, which seeks to promote the sharing of skills, knowledge, and experience across their portfolio and in the wider industry. The Analyst/ Associate will be based in Nairobi, out of AgDevCo’s East Africa regional office.
