TomorrowNow.org is rewriting the future of agricultural resilience by harnessing next-generation weather and climate technology. From a strong foundation of reaching more than 5 million farmers with agrometeorological solutions, we’re scaling boldly — aiming for 100 million smallholder farmers by 2030.
As we grow, we’re hiring a Quantitative Agricultural Scientist to help bridge the gap between research and real-world impact — turning data and crop-weather models into actionable insights for farmers across Africa. The role is ideal for a passionate applied scientist with a strong background in crop-weather (agronomic) modelling, data analysis, and the practical application of climate science for agricultural solutions.
We are seeking a candidate based in Africa, with a strong preference for someone in Nairobi, Kenya. Please note that we cannot sponsor work visas or permits; the candidate must have an existing right to work in Kenya or be prepared to cover the cost themselves.
