Learning Alliance, a startup NGO focused on scaling evidence-based approaches to improving foundational literacy, is hiring for a Program Associate (Learning). The role is based in Eastern Uganda, where are launching a pilot serving 50 schools and roughly 10,000 primary school students in January 2025. We are seeking an innovative, entrepreneurial Program Associate with experience as a teacher to help maximize the learning impact of our program.
