Friends of International Friendship Park (FOIFP) is a trinational, community-driven organization working to preserve and reimagine one of the most symbolically significant sites along the U.S.–Mexico border. Rooted in a vision
of connection over separation, the organization brings together individuals, families, and partners across borders to advance International Friendship Park as a space for cultural exchange, shared humanity, and meaningful cross-border connection.
The organization is now seeking an Executive Director to lead this work at a pivotal moment. Following its recent establishment as a 501(c)(3) and growing regional and national visibility, this leader will guide the organization’s
next phase of development—strengthening its infrastructure, advancing advocacy efforts, and building the relationships necessary to support long-term sustainability. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will serve as both a strategic
leader and public-facing advocate, working across communities and stakeholders to help shape the future of International Friendship Park.
