SMV Wheels Pvt. Ltd. is a social venture that sells cycle rickshaws on a deferred payment basis to poor rickshaw drivers. Based in Varanasi, UP, the company plans to scale in the surrounding states selling 5,000 rickshaws in the next five years. We are looking for a new Chief Operations Officer.

The new COO will be responsible for making sure sales and rickshaw production are efficient and effective as well as taking the lead on M&E and strategy alongside the Managing Director (CEO). We want someone *fluent* in English and Hindi with strong interest in the social enterprise sector (who understands our mission focus of bringing dignity to rickshaw drivers) but with experience leading change in other companies or organisations. Masters-level is encouraged.
