ED for Small Neurodiversity Nonprofit in CO

We are hiring an ED for a small neurodiversity nonprofit in CO. The transition is not public, so I will protect the org identity for now. The client has a small budget (200-300k) and LOTS of low hanging fruit for growth! The position salary and opportunity is expected to grow with the growth of the organization, so we are looking for a self starter!

The ideal candidate will have experience in the neurodiversity space with partnership development, fundraising of at least $200k/annually, brand management, vision casting, and leadership. This could be a great opportunity for a Development Director or similar looking to move into an Executive Director role.

Location: Remote in Colorado
Salary: $80,000 to $85,000 with plenty of growth opportunity
