Dear All,
I am writing to draw your attention to a postdoc opening at the Munich Center for Mathematical Philosophy. The intended research areas are decision theory, social choice theory, philosophy of action, the study of agency and free will, and/or related themes in the philosophy of mind. Application deadline: 8 September 2024. Intended starting date: as soon as possible.
Our center (the MCMP) is based at LMU’s Faculty of Philosophy. Our official disciplinary affiliation is therefore (formal) philosophy. Candidates with a background in economics are welcome to apply, provided they have some philosophical interests and their work (e.g., in decision theory and/or social choice theory) has a foundational orientation.
