I hope you are getting excited for the hunt. We are only a few days away.

Your main responsibility is to have fun and encourage your friends to come and have fun. Tell your clusters about it and forward on the emails I will send announcing it. You can have the whole cluster come there is no charge and it is a lot of fun. If you were planning a pre happy hour event just have them come to the egg hunt and start drinking around 6:30 we will have kegs, a little bit of food, and music.

Our big marketing push happens this week, with posters, emails and some tabling in uris. I will be tabling tomorrow, wed and Thursday handing out eggs and ears to those who don’t have them. If you need more eggs feel free to grab them.

Start filling your eggs now. Get your friends and cluster mates to help.

What you ask should I fill eggs with? Whatever you want that is fun, not going to cause a big mess(no liquids or perishable items(candy is ok, sushi is not), and within the bounds of appropriate.(condoms are ok, hard core porn is not). Inside the golden egg put a piece of paper with your name, email and directions to come to the awards ceremony to receive their a prize. We will have a table with all of your golden egg prizes. These could be fun random stuff, like alchohol, gift baskets, cookies, or something just random you found at your apartment. The point is not to spend a lot of money but to make the prize fun.

T-shirts- For those of you who ordered them, they should be arriving on Wed. I will be tabling then and you can pick them up then. Bring $15 in cash.

Plan on wearing your t-shirt all day on Thursday and during the hunt. Also wear your ears on Thursday.

For those of you who were bunnies last year. We are going to wear our old t-shirts Tuesday and/or Wed to support the egg hunt.

Egg hunt Night.

We are going to start setting up the Hepburn Terrace around 5:45 if you can come help set up great or just want to start drinking then it is cool. Hunters can start drinking around 6:30 for hunters.

Bunnies will meeting in Uris 326 at 6:30 to divvy up rooms for the hiding. We will hide starting at 7:15 and the hunt will start at 7:45. The hunt itself takes about 30 minutes, then we reconvene on the terrace at 8:15 and give out awards and drink some more till 9:30, then off to our classy bar crawl at Gin Mill, Brother Jimmy’s and Jake’s Dilemma.

That’s about it.
