Follies Show: Message to Cluster/Social Chairs

Cluster/Social Chairs,

We would appreciate your help in getting your cluster excited about the show on April 14^th. What you can do:

1. Arrange a pre show cluster happy hour! Get it on their calendars! (and please remind your clusters that NO ALCOHOL is allowed anywhere in Lerner Hall)
2. Message your clusters reminding them of the show date (April 14^th). 7pm and 9pm shows. Which show your cluster is assigned to is based on the following:

Last semester you told Follies of your cluster’s seating preferences (time and location w/in the auditorium). We then randomly generated a preference order dictating what Clusters received their seating preferences. This semester, the opposite order will be in effect (i.e., if your cluster was randomly in 2^nd place for its preference, it will now be 2^nd to last in receiving its preference). However, there is also a contest, whereby the best selling first and second year clusters will get moved into their respective seating preferences (superseding the reversed random order noted above), with the best second year cluster getting priority over the first year cluster. So…encourage people to buy tickets! Tickets can be purchased online (link forthcoming) and in the Uris lobby starting April 4th. The tally for most tickets sold will end on April 10^th at 11pm (but tickets will continue to be sold up until the 13^th, pending availability). Also, please expect an email in the next few days regarding seating (to which you will need to reply to indicate your cluster’s show time and seating preferences).
