The ASBG is getting back on track after our holiday break. This is the invitation for the January meeting (no Evite) so please consider yourself invited! I will send out a reminder a few days ahead of time, too. We're experimenting with an open meeting policy this year, you are welcome to bring someone that you think might be interested.

Details:
Monday, January 26th at 6:30 at 508 E. 53rd St. #200 (in Satsuma Lofts). BYOB other than soft drinks etc. Some snacks provided, additional vittles always welcome.

Please RSVP to me if you think you can come, it helps in planning for seating and refreshments.

Topic for this months meeting: 

Social Venture Capital Fund Structure.

Scott Collier will present a detailed adaptation of the traditional VC funding model to align with Yunnus' social business principles. We are looking for commentary about the idea so I hope you can make it.

Also, Eugene C. is developing an idea for a social business day of action, that may be on the agenda as well. See http://www.carrotmob.org/  for the basic idea. very cool!
