Hello Social Actions Google Group,

This is a quick heads up to let you know that we will be breathing new
life into the Social Actions Google group. Over the summer, Christine
and I will be working with a team of supporters and partners to revamp
the Social Actions website, presence on social networks, and language we
use to describe Social Actions.

For more background on this project, see:
http://my.socialactions.com/profiles/blogs/the-future-of-social-actions

There are currently 72 members on this Google group. I hope that many of
you will join us in the conversations over the coming weeks. At the same
time, I realizer that some of you may not want to receive multiple
emails per day as we sort through the priorities mentioned above.

Rather than leave the group, I'd encourage you to update your email
delivery settings:

To update your email delivery settings:

1. Go to http://groups.google.com/group/social-actions
2. Click on "Edit my membership" in the right hand column
3. Select one of four options: "No email; Abdridged Email; Digest Email;
or Email)

For those of you who are more techy, you may want to join the Social
Actions Developers Google Group, which has 108 members:

All the best,
Peter

Dear Peter, and other esteemed colleagues:

And while we're at it, I'd like to mention that Social Actions will be
featured at the July 21st session of the Ethos Roundtable:

roundtable-on.html>

If you're planning to be in the Boston area this month, please join
Peter Deitz, Christine Egger, and all the Ethos RT regulars for a
lively discussion about information technology for positive social
change! There's no need to reserve a seat; just come if you can, and
feel free to invite others.

Best regards from Deborah
