Specifying the results to return with the Social Entrepreneur API

Hi Peter, Christine and all,

I looked at the Social Entrepreneur API documentation:
http://socialactions.pbworks.com/Social%2BEntrepreneur%2BAPI%2B-%2BDocumentation

Given a search, suppose there are 18 results and I would like to show 6
results at a time.
Page 1: Results 1 through 6
Page 2: Results 7 through 12
Page 3: Results 13 through 18.

How do I get the "results 7 through 12" as I need for Page 2?
It doesn't seem possible with the current request parameters.
Perhaps I am missing something?
