Even if the rains have started falling in our city, it seems that SOCOTECO won't still be lessening the four x a day three-hour brownout schedule they have been implementing for two months now.
In fact, they have just released a NEW BROWNOUT SCHEDULE OR what people now call, GENSAN'S EARTH HOURS SKEDS for the months of April and May 2010.
