If you're a regular player (or have a guest slot) and you're NOT able to make it to a game, let the organizer know ASAP. We're all paying to play with full teams and there is usually somebody else waiting for your slot. The reason regulars get a discount is because we have guests that pay guest fees. If you don't make it known that you won't play, your slot can't be assigned to a guest. When this happens, someone may not get to play, and all regulars pay more the next season. If you can't make it please, please, please send email IN ADVANCE - not Friday night or Saturday morning!!. If you do need to contact me on a game day, or the night before call me on my cell phone/voice mail (my number is in the weekly reminder and guest list emails). If you have a slot and can't make it, YOU MUST CONTACT ME!! To avoid spamming you, I don't send updates to regulars or confirmed guests. There may be players waiting on your slot. So CALL me! Speak to me. Just sending an email is not good enough, you have to be sure that I know you have cancelled either by speaking to me, or getting a returned text. If all you do is send an email on Friday evening or Saturday morning, you are considered a no-show.
