Keller Peak

Anyone been up to Keller peak recently? Was thinking about taking my wife up there for a picnic. 

Can someone confirm that it is open? Google maps thinks it's open.

It is probably open. No problem. If you want to run VHF, I hope you have a radio with a good front end.

Yeasu FT-1DR that I have used up there before. 

And a KX2. I should be OK for at least 4. It is still 4 contacts? Haven't activated in quite a while.
