General interest meeting at conference?

Hi everyone,
Based on our last email thread, it sounds like there's some energy to gather. For me, the life around SoCal NVC is around holding space for fun and play in community, mixed in with the occasional trainings. Secondarily, as a regional information hub for NVC happenings and people.
Last time we brainstormed at Rodger's place about what had life for people in this org...wondering if anyone has energy to put together an informational flyer for conference participants about our group, and include an invitation to a lunchtime meeting on Saturday? (Perhaps referring to our online notes?)
Ps. We could always do something w Admin team on Sunday if there's enough life for coordinating some of the tasks for collaboration...
