The GOP picked-up 13 seats in the House, with a few races still outstanding. That brings their total to 243 seats, which is the largest majority of any party at least in recent history! 

In terms of Gubernatorial races, it was expected that the Dems would do good in that department. In reality, they lost a few seats! Currently, Democrats only hold 17 Gubernatorial seats across the country! They even got their clocks cleaned in the Northeast, which is traditionally a strong hold for them! 

The GOP picked-up a total of 4 Gubernatorial seats on Tuesday night, some in very blue states like Maryland and Illinois! Read and check out the map below! The whole darn thing is red! For a clearer perspective, click on the link below!
