for the men and women troops that were murdered at Fort Hood. I am
still crying. It must be the American in me. If I owned a pistol, it
would not be my fellow Americans that I’d shot it would be me. This
was a crime of proselytezation. The shooter vented his hate of
Christianity and probably Judaism too on unarmed lions of humankind in
the soldiers that were murdered. Christianity and Islam both need to
stop proselytytization. These two religious beliefs and faiths need
to look at us the Jews and be like us. We do not proselytize. We
figure like this. If a person has enough common sense to want to
become Jewish we know if that person observes HaShem’s laws in the
Torah he or she will automatically be blessed and saved. We know this
is a fact and we need not proselytize because we know we are right and
there is no need to argue about it. We don’t have to prove we are
right because we know we are right. We have been a people longer than
any other people in existence. Our G-d is G-d and there is no other.
We know this for a fact. In fact we discourage proselytization
because it takes a lot of effort on our part to train a non-Jew to be
Jewish and what is there in it for us other than seeing a soul become
pure and clean.
