GRS surgeons in Europe

Hello.
Where can I get information, background on their procedures, and the names
and how to contact GRS surgeons in England and on the continent,
specifically Belgium.

Any help would be appreciated. I'm looking forward to this and I think
that if possible I'd like to have my surgery done out of the country.
Never hurts to plan ahead, especially when there's alot of money involved.

In the Netherlands, surgeons and other careproviders will, as a rule, only
help people who are residents (but who need not be citizens) of the country.

The main SRS surgeon is Dr. J.J. (Joris) Hage at the Free University of
Amsterdam (world's largest gender clinic). The contact address is:
