Hi - I am new to this board. I was recemtly diagnosed as bipolar. I
am 31 and am largely on the depressive side, though mania rears its
ugly head. I am just looking for someone to chat with about all this.

Hi Jay, I also am new to this board and recently diagnosed as BP. I am 32
and am a rapid cycler. I seem to be having less hypomanic episodes and more
dysphoric or depressed swings. I'm irritated by the smallest things and
burst out either into a tirade of foul language or burst into tears
depending on my mood. I'm currently not on meds unless you count self
medicating which I know is bad. :( I'll search for you on ICQ, do you have
AIM? It's been my chat of choice lately. :)
