transmission to children - quick query?

Hi Group
Sorry for barging in, and hope I am on topic.
And this may seem naive, but cannot find a way past the jargon on
various sites. Looking to urgently ease worry of a friend.

My friend Jane, is a mother of 3 children.
Separated from the childrens father for some years, but he is now HIV+.

Jane has undertaken an HIV test - she is clear, got results today. But
tonight she is worrying that even though she is 'clear', might her
children be HIV+? If she is 'clear', then I think the children are also
clear.
Can anyone give an authoritative reply, or point to a site for info on this?

Jane is highly vulnerable, and needs some quick reassurance, if at all
possible.
