no idea if the bot is still there or not.

one way to find out would be to create a throw away
e-mail account and post to this group using it.

if you get a reply from the bot, it's still there.
if not, then it's been turned off and the group is
open again. or someone is doing it manually...

hmm, haven't heard anything from anyone in a long
time.

I was just thinking the early 20-teens. Actual teens, not so sure.
Perhaps especially if I knew then what I know now...
