The german food discounter PLUS sells this week an "electronic fly
swatter" labelled "the original foetsie"

which reminds me strongly of the "zapper" device.
According to the package text the tennis racket like device generates
1500-2000 volts between the racket strings at a maximum load of 45
microcoulomb (the above seller advertisement says "riskless 1.5 volts").

Not long ago, I was at a party where this lady was on the receiving end
of some kind of electric zapper thingy zapping her bottom. It was
interesting to watch, but I would personally have no clue what was safe
or not (apparently this thing was adjustable on the zap strenght). I
know for me, if ever I was to "zap" a lady who desired this, I would do
the research. Actually, I would learn a lot before I ever attempted
something like this. Not something for me though. Interesting
learning otherwise.
