about it (to me) that I find appealing.

This is probably obvious but I prefer to keep my panties on when being spanked
in a public or semi-public place. At home "panties on" is a warm-up maneuver
and I find warm-ups to be a waste of time and energy. Cool downs are good
though. :-)

This wasn't part of the question, but I'm going to give a different answer
than those you offered, Steven :)
I prefer to be spanked over trousers or a skirt (although preferably khaki
trousers -- there's something about the cotton material), no knickers
underneath. I almost always prefer this with a leather impliment, such as a
leather paddle or a strap.
Truthfully, there is something *more* sexually invigorating being spanked
this way than being spanked on the bare bottom, which invariably winds up
feeling 'punishing' to me. I like the way that the leather itself rubs the
cotton against my bottom, the way that his hands can creep up the inner
thigh seam *without* tickling so much that I wind up kicking him -- hard. I

I haven't had a new partner in over two years, but before that, no one
ever complained. Generally they bent over backwards to make sure that
I felt comfortable.
Sometimes I'd tell them they could give me a wedgie, if things were
going well.
Aside from the modesty issue, I do like the sensation of being spanked
over panties. The feeling is somewhat muted (I would never have
believed that prior to actually being spanked) compared to being
spanked on the bare.

When I am getting a spanking, I want my panties to stay up. Why, I will

I like both (unless we're talking especially serious discipline). Usually
(either end of the switch) I like to start over panties (or even street
clothes) and then (all parties being willing, of course) proceed to an

Yes!! I love when I am displayed, skirt folded just so on my back, panties

Ok, details, details. It was at the end of my freshmen year in college,
as a tradition quite a few of us went to Myrtle Beach (S.C.) at the
end of the school year as a celebration with plenty of drinking and sex.

It took me completely by surprise, and I didn't have time to
get either outraged or to enjoy it before the cops showed up. If they
hadn't showed up I think I would have been more outraged, since
