I did all the normal preparation for a trip to see my daddy (Steven - AKA Da
Janitor) during Memorial Weekend. He and Meg planned to meet us at an
undisclosed New Jersey location half way between our city and theirs. I
counted and packed my panties, Uncle Herbie and Meg planned the meals,
Steven polished his hairbrush and started his pre-spank teasing.

There was one other thing I was doing, that kept me busy in the week before
the trip and away from online, I was preparing a SURPRISE!

Because we were staying in a two bedroom suite with kitchen and living
room, we had all decided to do a lot of cooking in and also to bring along
some games to occupy the non-spanking time. It would be a real luxury
having a table with four chairs to sit at. Normally, only when one of us
travels the full distance to someone's home, do we get to enjoy playing
games together or being in a more home-like environment. It was great for
roleplay.

I told Steven that I was planning to bring a game I loved to play as a
child. It's not a very well known board game, "Masterpiece," but I
described it to Steven one night, and he joked that perhaps we should change
the game some way so that it included hairbrushes. Basically, it is an
auction game, and it's very easy for anyone to play without reading tons of
rules. There are photographs of famous paintings printed on 5x7 cards, and
you attach different values to them during each game, one painting ends up
being worth one million dollars and there are even some FORGERY value cards.
You buy and sell the paintings, and the game moves rather quickly. Most of
the fun is bidding on the paintings and bluffing about how much a painting
is worth. The person with the most money in cash and paintings after all
the paintings are purchased from the bank, wins.

The game is probably over 30 years old. As a child I had memorized the
title and artist of each famous painting. The game was always more of a toy
for me, then an actual game, and I had spent many hours playing with it by
myself. When my mother cleared out her basement about ten years ago, I
discovered this game sitting on my brother's front porch in a pile waiting
for a yard sale, and I had confiscated it. It's one of the few possessions
that remain from my childhood.

I started thinking about what I could do to make the game a spanking game,
and then it dawned on me. I could replace the REAL art with spanking art.
I had no problem finding pictures, I had folders full of my favorite
spanking drawings on my computer. I knew which ones were Steven's favorites
as well. I found some new drawings at other sites too, and ended up with 24
Famous Spanking Masterpieces to print.

I had to clip some of the pictures with my photoshop software to get them to
fit on the cards, and used some thick paper to print them as well. My
husband, Herbie, was so impressed with how professional they looked, he
sprayed them with a sealer so they would be shiny and last a long time. He
had them all lined up outside on the back steps drying, and I was worried
they would blow into the neighbors yard. :) I have to admit it - they
looked great!

I told Steven I was making him a surprise, but couldn't tell him what it
was, so he said I was very naughty for keeping secrets from my Daddy. :)
it was very hard to keep the secret from him, so to relieve the pressure I
told a few online friends. I am terrible at keeping surprises a secret.

A few days before we left on the trip, he told me he had a surprise for me
as well, and that it was green. I was tempted to ask him if it was bigger
then a butt plug, but then I worried it might actually be a butt plug, so I
changed the subject.

When we arrived at our motel suite, Steven asked me to show him the surprise
I had been planning. I told him at that point it had to do with the
Masterpiece gam, and that when we played it later he would see. Then he
gave me my surprise. It was a green notebook, and pressed inside was a
small stuffed white bear wearing a dark blue Islander (hockey) Jersey, and
the notebook was filled with the history of the Islanders and Islander
trivia. I was thrilled! It was so neat that my daddy had taken all that
time to prepare a surprise for me. We ended up doing a scene right then, me
over his knee, reading and memorizing all about the time the Islanders first
won the Stanley Cup. I have been learning all about the Islanders ever
since - it's been a lot of fun for roleplay and my little bear decorates my
bureau and sits with me while I watch the playoffs. :) By next hockey
season, I am going to be a REAL Islander fan. Daddy promises.

Finally it was time to play the game, and when Herb quickly went over the
rules, he showed everyone the "normal" paintings as he explained them. Then
the game started, and everyone was delt one painting and some money. Herb
added a value to the first spanking painting card and handed it to Steven.
I started laughing when he I saw his face as he realized it was a piece of
famous spanking art.

The game was tons of fun. Steven and I were both bidding on artworks, not
because of what they might be worth, but because we loved the pictures. Meg
ended up "inheriting" a painting that is one of Steven's all time favorite
pieces of spanking art. It is a well known drawing by "Barb" and it showed
a Mother/daughter spanking. Steven looked crestfallen that Meg lucked out
and got that painting for free. He told Meg to at least turn the painting
around so daddy could admire it from across the table.

Meg was such a naughty girl, she sold Daddy a forgery at one point in the
game. Steven then went and got his #13 hairbrush and placed it on the table
for the remainder of the game. That certainly kept me behaving!

Those presents were just one small part of our weekend. I promise to have
some wav files, picts and things to share at the Janitorium from our
spanking weekend - VERY SOON!

:)

I used to *love* this game. I always liked to be the rich chick from Texas or
whatever she was when we played. I would die to get my hands on it again,
though your version sounds like more fun. ;-)

I enjoyed this post and the memory of that game. Thanks for sharing.

Z,

I think I still have that game, and it would be simple to make new cards! I
also have Inventors (if anybody remembers THAT one), and it would be fun to
come up with spanking inventions to convert it. <BG> I still want to
convert Jenga into a spanko version. After I saw the Truth or Dare version,
I figured it would be cool. Just a matter of drawing implement pics and
writing numbers on some of the blocks.

Can't wait to see the pics from the weekend!

However you can feel nostalgic about it at

You can read the game rules here (guess you could create your own
spanking version too :-)
