would any of you kind people who are into anal sex tell me the best way to
prepare for it to make it a pleasurable experience, i.e. not a painful and
messy one.
thanx

Before having a dick up your butt, you should practice with one finger
first, then two, a slim dildo, a bit thicker dildo (or another suitable
penis substitutes)... and first of all, take your time fitting anything in.
You should cut your nails short and file them smooth for the practice, use
lots of lube... and the penis sub you use should have no sharp edges at the
inserted end. Also see that whatever material it is, it must not be
vulnerable to chemical effects of the lube you have, so try avoiding oli
based lubes. Before having the real thing, wash well and use a condom. These
will reduce a lot of mess, but if you do it in a bathroom, you can also go
without one.

Dear Sriniv,
Excellent article except for the fact that they recommend oil based
lube and condoms. We just had this discussion. Latex condoms don't
survive well with oil based lubes. Other than that great article.

"Messy" is a relative thing; all sex involves some messiness.
As for worrying about whether or not there'll be shit on your lover's
penis when all is said and done, you've got two choices: live with it,
assuming you know enough about your body to know when you've got to
go, or use an enema. Either method works fine; human beings tend to
wash pretty well, and an enema isn't always the ideal solution
(indeed, if you don't get all of the solution out, it can make things
even messier). Also, just get an empty bulb and use plain, clean
water; those harsh potassium solutions are more uncomfortable than
they're worth. And you want to use warm but not hot water; cold water
can give cramps.

The best way to make anal sex a pleasurable experience is to
want it. Simple enough. A glass of wine (don't get drunk!), a
comfortably warm room, a loving partner, and a lot of lubrication (oh,
yeah, warm that stuff up too; leave in it a pot of very warm water for
a quarter hour beforhand) can help make the occassion satisfying. Use
fingers first to loosen up (latex gloves if you're worried about the
mess can be a great boon), and remember to use condoms if you're not
at all sure about your partner's medical past.

Here are a few tips:

1. You should begin with other types of anal stimulation, such as gentle
finger penetration and rimming (licking and penetrating the anus with the
toungue). The first ever contact I had with my girlfriend's anus was with my
toungue.

2. Female orgasm. I give my girlfriend an orgasm (either with oral sex or
with my fingers) right before anal sex. She is very relaxed after having an
orgasm, and being relaxed makes anal penetration much easier.

3. Lubrication is essential. My girlfriend and I recommend Wet. We have
tried others, but Wet is by far the best. Make sure both his penis and your
anus are well-lubricated.

4. Make sure your partner enters slowly and carefully. Push out lightly with
your anus (as if you were having a bowel movement) as your partner enters.
This will make entry easier.

Hi Sam, i could get you into it by sticking my wet tongue there, then my finger
and then my 8" prick nice and slowly.
