Hi,

A quick question: is it usual for a man to be able to feel a woman's
vaginal contractions with his penis or fingers when she orgasms?

Thanks for any insight.

Usual? I don't know. Sometimes I feel them, sometimes
I don't. Lots of reasons why that might be so.

I've been with people where I could feel them and others where I
couldn't. It varies. (Also, even with people where I can feel them, I
can't feel them every time.)

Boy this group is slowly going to de dawgs, I am surprised that none of
you bums have never been with a woman who had a vagina that could grap
and literally milk de sperm from your throbbing penis. Now I might have
been burried many times "balls deep" into too women about the world and
some of the women were ugly with no teeth and had a smell like ripe
Durian, but I was damn lucky not to ever picked a load of clap as I
"hosed" any body anywhere including a young gal in New Guniea where the
roomwas ringed with skulls and her father come in to collect the payment
while I was balls deep in is daughter.

Whose Thomas Cook? William Cook is a medical products billionaire. I
doubt he uses webtv or cares about durian smelling prostitutes. Maybe
he was trying to be a bastard descendent of Capt James.

ObSex: (and even vaguely related to vaginal contactions): I've seen
people argue that Bristol Palin being pregnant doesn't prove that Trig
Palin isn't really Bristol's kid because humans are fertile immediately
after childbirth. Leaving aside the OUCH! factor, is that true?

Why not? There are plenty of siblings 11 or 12 months apart (thank
god not my kids). Aside from that, I think the rumor mill in Alaska
would have been pretty active if the governor hadn't been pregant
herself before her baby was born. I trust that her detractors there
would have informed us of the 'scandal' by now if there had been one.

Not common, but...

There are no muscles in the vagina, but if a woman's pubococcygeus
muscle is well-developed, she might be able to give you a good
squeeze. While my wife was studying bellydancing, her PC muscle became
quite strong. I first noticed the occasional involuntary squeezes
during her orgasm. She learned to control it and could bring me off by
rhythmic squeezing. It's a sensation unlike any other.

The pubogoccygeus muscle is the one that contracts when you try to
hold in a fart or stop urinating once you've started. The contractions
are called kegels.

The site
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kegel_exercise
shows a kind of barbell used by women to develop the PC muscle. She
tries to hold the barbell in the vagina by squeezing.

There's also a lot that are 9 or 10 months apart...

Supposedly Bristol was out of town for several months before the baby
was born, which is how that one got started. If true, that would be when
she got pregnant. I think the rumors have been laid to rest, though her
detractors will probably think up a new one every week to discredit her.

It was. In fact, the current most vocal proponent of the idea that the
baby wasn't hers picked up the story from Alaskan news sources.

ObSex: People's sex lives and procreation are not my business until they
try to legislate MINE, so her scandals are fair game. Abstinence-only
sex-ed works, my ass.

I wonder what the percentage is and under what circumstances. I wasn't
fertile again after the birth of my 2 kids for 10 months and 13 months
respectively.

If you breast feed at all that delays ovulation some. Back in the 50s
and 60s many women didn't, so their cycles started up again soon after
birth.

Really? What an odd thought. Never heard of adoption, then? Or gay
parenthood?

That is inaccurate.

http://health.discovery.com/centers/sex/sexpedia/vagina.html
"The vagina consists of three layers of tissue. The mucosa is the layer on
the surface that can be touched. It consists of mucous membranes and is a
surface similar to the lining of the mouth.
Unlike the smooth surface of the mouth lining, the vagina contains folds or
wrinkles. The next layer of tissue is a *layer of muscle*, concentrated
mostly around the outer third of the vagina. The third, innermost layer
consists of fibrous tissue that connects to other anatomical structures.
...
"Because of its *muscular tissue*, the vagina has the ability to expand and
contract, like a balloon, allowing a baby to pass through during childbirth,
or adjusting to fit snugly around a tampon, a finger or any size penis."
The vagina is variously described as : a muscular tube lined with mucous
membrane, or a fibromuscular tubular tract.

The pelvic floor muscles that support the internal organs are something else
entirely.

I stand corrected, but the pubococcygeus muscle is the one that can be
trained by dance, kegels, and other exercises, and can give the
(delightful) sensation of squeezing during sex.
