Hi. I have this very annoying problem that gets me a little worried.
Whenever I'm done masturbating, or almost each time I'm done
masturbating, I feel this urge of taking a pee to clean my urethra
just like anybody would. About a little more than 1 week ago, peeing
after masturbation started to burn a little. A very faint pain. But it
really only happens after I masturbate and take a pee or maybe up to
the second or third time after it but not often so it's pretty much
just after masturbating. I also have to mention there is a part inside
of my penis that gets itchy as I'm masturbating. I tried looking for
answers online and I found symptoms of Chlamydia that almost match my
symptoms which are like I said itchiness and faint pain while
urinating but the thing is that it doesn't say anything about how it
only burns after masturbation and only itches during the process. I
did have sex about a month ago but I know the person very well and I
doubt she has any sort of sexually transmittable disease and besides
she doesn't have any symptoms relate to anything like Chlamydia or
anything else at all. Would someone know what it could be? I will go
to the clinic no matter what but right now this second I have no time
at all and I just want to maybe be reassured just before I go.
By the way, I don't have any penis discharges like Chlamydia symptoms
mention
or at least not that I am aware of.

Thank you.

Are you masturbating at the beach in a sand dune? Or perhaps using a lot
of wool?

You and your sex partner can go get tested TOGETHER
for A VARIETY of sexually transmitted diseases.

A sexual health checkup reduces the ambiguity and like
anything else people can do together that's interesting.

Could be simple, non specific, and non pathogenic irritation. possibly
urethritis - NSU. Discharge is not always present.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Urethritis

Get a culture and appropriate treatment, so you don't pass the infection (even
NSU can be transmissible). Wear a condom when having sex, in the mean time.

Of course. Who doesn't? I walk to the Sahara every now and then and
sit on the top of the biggest dune I can find.

This is a serious matter though. I went to the clinic today for a
urine test and also a cotton swap test which pretty much freaked me
out since I thought a urine test would be sufficient. I need to wait
from 2 days to a maximum of 2 weeks though so I'm not quite feeling
better just yet. The doctor still prescribed me some pills against
Chlamydia just in case it would end up being it so that if it is well
I would've already gotten treatment for it. Wasn't something pleasant
I can tell though. Anyway it's hard to describe. It really mostly
occurs after masturbation and it is a pain in the penis. Today it was
particularly painful, perhaps because I got this thing put up my
urethra but if that is the case then it must have to be related to
some sort of injury because if it's a disease or whatever why would
peeing become even more painful now after a swab test? The only thing
is I don't know how I could've injured my penis from the inside...
Anyway I can tell it's clearly something in the penis head.

Thanks a lot for all of you who replied.

Don't know. See your doctor.

So they give drugs preemptively now? That doesn't sound like a good idea to
me. What if it turns out you don't have Chlamidia? You'll have taken meds
for it in vain.

Well, you did say they put something up your urethra. That's what irritated
it.

I'm glad you posted about this. I have the exact same problem, have
for years. I asked my doctor, and have (for other reasons) gotten STD
tests for just about everything several years running, and we never found
a specific cause.

What I *think* it is, is a mild allergy. Something in the house
irritates my mucus membranes, including my urethra. But this is only a
problem when it's emitting semen -- urine goes out too quickly, and when
my penis is dry the allergens can't get in. Dog hair and dust is all over
my house, and I think I have a mild allergy to one of those. Good news
is that it doesn't happen after regular sex (although it has occured after
some chafe-inducing marathon sessions.)

Best thing you can do is take a shower after masturbating. Failing that,
you can wash yourself afterwards with a washrag and cold water. (Hot water
increases the inflammation.) And always wear clean underwear.

It's a hygiene and allergy thing, nothing to worry about. :)

For some reason now I get it less and less. For the last couple of
times I ejaculated, urinating did not burn. Now instead, it is itchy
inside of my penis and when I scratch it too hard it hurts. You know
what? It actually feels like like something healing. It feels like
that I got an injury in there like a cut or something and that it's
trying to heal which is causes it to itch just like a wound usually
does when healing. I just don't see how anything could've happened
inside of my penis. Could simply be a simple infection too that is now
healing...Anyway I have no clue. They haven't called me with the
results yet. Hopefully it's nothing bad and I seriously feel sorry for
you too. It already bothers me a lot and I cannot imagine having to
deal with that for maybe the rest of my life. I wish you luck with
that.

I know and because of that I have not gotten the pills yet. I'm not in
the hurry to take those pills. I'll wait for the results and then if I
do have it i'll get the pills and otherwise I would've saved myself
the ride to the drug store and useless drug in my body.

P.S They put the swab down there after I went there to get check out
for the symptoms I have which makes sense doesn't it.

Nah, it's a minor thing and hardly bothers me anymore. Considering
the things I've stuck my dick into, I'm just happy it's still attached. :)

Hope I helped some, and best of luck!

My experience is this, if you use a hand body lotion to masturbate
there is a chance you can get irritation if you get much lotion in
the pee hole. I use baby lotion alot and causes no buring afterwards.
I have been masturbated by wife who uses her scented body lotions,
they sometimes cause irritation.

We use AstroGlide or KY liquid. No irritation whatsoever.

Lol. Don't stick it anywhere where it's sharp :P or then you may
really lose it.

I do not masturbate with any kind of lotion. The burning has sort of
stop now but it became a little itchy and a very little little amount
of what looks like cum came out of it. It does it sometimes. I'm
really starting to think I do have Chlamydia after all. I still
haven't gotten the results yet and am awaiting them. i wonder what's
taking so long. I don't want to get those pills as long as I'm sure
that I really do have it.

It's incredible. You even catch things with people you've known for
years and trust them. Now if I do have it, I just wonder how she got.

Contact the clinician's office or medical records department. Ask for
a copy of the tests results and for your medical records including
clinician's notes.
