Joint pain refief?

I've tried Primal pills, tumeric, glucosamine, chondroitin, arnica, CBD
oil and none helped,

I think it's osteoarthritis but not sure. Tried an arthritis secialist
but he said inflamation and prescribed a terrible diet, Still on the
diet, didn't help. He also prescribed prednisone steroids. They hekped a
lot but had too many side effects to continue using them.

Forgive my spelling of some of these supplements and medications.

I'm trying to avoid NSAIDs, optoids, steroids, and other pain relief that
has lots of side effects or eventual damage to liver, kidneys, digestive
system, etc.

Age 83 if it matters.

Probably hopeless but any suggestions?
