A short-form Hawaiian birth certificate could have been generated
merely by a relative of Obama swearing he was born in Hawaii in
accordance with the applicable Hawaiian statute in force at that time
in 1961, pasted below (1).
These Hawaiian short-form birth certificates do not include hospital
name with the specific geographic location of any hospital, doctor
name and doctor signature or other specific information supporting the
evidentiary credibility in support of proving any human birth in
Hawaii.
The newspaper birth announcements would be automatically triggered by
the generation of this simple meaningless short-form birth certificate
available fronm the Hawaiian Department of Health with procedures in
force in 1961 as evidenced again in (1) below.
The address listed on the computer generated copies from the
microfilmed/computer copies of the newspaper birth announcements
reportedly was an address possibly but arguably ( see (2) ) occupied
by Obama's grandparents at that time in 1961 coupled with the complete
absence of any record anywher of any Mr. & Mrs Barack Hussein Obama
ever sharing the address of that tiny residence with Obama Jr's
caucasian grandparents, the Dunhams in 1961.
Since no one has advanced a single primary real paper issue of an
original newspaper copy containing these alleged newspaper birth
announcements of an alleged Obama birth in Honolulu, allegedly born
there in 1961, the evidence submitted by these fanatical Barrack
Hussein Obama worshippers is secondary, microfilmed, followed by a
tertiary computer generated image of the microfilm , rendering the
credibility of these "Obama birth announcements" continuing to be
open to question as to their authenticity.
Clearly understandable background for the motivation of it all in 1961
appears among various other places at :
"Barack’s mom and maternal grandparents had a strong incentive to
create a paper trail documenting Obama as a US citizen back in 1961
and it had nothing to do with assuring his future viability as a
Presidential candidate. All they needed to do was imagine a day when
the white Ms. Dunham would be engaged in a custody fight in a Kenyan
court contesting the fate of her black Kenyan baby sought by the black
Kenyan father and his African family, and their course would have been
clear...."

Hawaiian statute detailing how to go about getting a Hawaiian birth
certificate in 1961 when a child was not actually born in Hawaii:
[§338-17.8] Certificates for children born out of State. (a) Upon
application of an adult or the legal parents of a minor child, the
director of health shall issue a birth certificate for such adult or
minor, provided that proof has been submitted to the director of
health that the legal parents of such individual while living without
the Territory or State of Hawaii had declared the Territory or State
of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year immediately
preceding the birth or adoption of such child.
(b) Proof of legal residency shall be submitted to the director of
health in any manner that the director shall deem appropriate. The
director of health may also adopt any rules pursuant to chapter 91
that he or she may deem necessary or proper to prevent fraudulent
applications for birth certificates and to require any further
information or proof of events necessary for completion of a birth
certificate.
(c) The fee for each application for registration shall be
established

A child could be born anywhere in the world and have the birth
registered in Hawaii by the mother later upon returning to Hawaii
using this law on the books in 1961.

Just what is Obama hiding?
