From the Republicans we heard the mantra JOBS, JOBS, JOBS.
The Senate killed a bill to help Vets get jobs. The score 58 to 40
with Republicans in the minority. They were concerned about paying
for it which is a turnabout because they didn't seem concerned about
paying for two wars.
