The American people have a MILLION REASONS TO VOTE FOR MITT, but right
here RIGHT NOW is the ONE REASON TO VOTE FOR MITT:

While Mitt is asking everyone to keep the storm's victims in their
thoughts and prayers, WHERE IS OBAMA?

While Mitt has volunteered to help the storm's victims, WHERE IS
OBAMA?

While Mitt will BRING THE U.S. BACK FROM THE WORST FOUR YEARS IN THE
HISTORY OF THIS COUNTRY......WHERE IS OBAMA?

WHERE IS OBAMA???????

"Christie Praises President Obama For Handling Of Hurricane Sandy
October 30, 2012 | Posted by John Hollis

The man who has been one of Barack Obama’s staunchest critics and of
the most ardent supporters of Republican challenger Mitt Romney was
quick to praise the president on Tuesday.

New Jersey governor Chris Christie was effusive in his compliments of
President Obama’s handling of Hurricane Sandy.

In an array of TV interviews and on Twitter, Christie lavished the
president for his handling of the monster storm that ravaged the
northeast, including New Jersey.

“It’s been very good working with the president,” Christie said on
MSNBC’s “Morning Joe.” “He and his administration have been
coordinating with us. It’s been wonderful.”

On NBC’s “Today,” Christie said the president had been “outstanding”
and FEMA’s response has been “excellent.”

The straight-forward GOP governor also sent out a thankful tweet: “I
want to thank the President personally for all his assistance as w
recover from the storm.”

Christie said he spoke with Obama three times on Monday, including at
midnight, when Obama agreed to speed along a major disaster
declaration for New Jersey without all the “normal FEMA mumbo jumbo.”
The declarations for New Jersey and New York were issued on Tuesday
morning.

“The president has been all over this and he deserves great credit,”
Christie said. “I’ve been on the phone with him, like I said,
yesterday, personally three times. He gave me his number at the White
House, told me to call him if I needed anything. And he absolutely
means it.” [. . .]

Obama, I do believe, is either visiting the New Jersey damage with Governor
Christie or has just completed doing so.

Romney is hundreds of miles away campaigning in undamaged Florida.

Not only that...but I particularly enjoyed THIS exchange on Faux News:

http://www.newshounds.us/chris_christie_goes_off_fox_script_praises_obama_dismisses_romney_photo_op_re_monster_storm_sandy_10302012

It started when Steve Doocy said,

Over the last couple of months, you have appeared throughout the country,
Governor, on behalf of Mitt Romney… (W)e hear that perhaps Mr. Romney may do
some storm-related events. Is there any possibility that Gov. Romney may go
to New Jersey to tour some of the damage with you?

Christie’s surprising answer:

I have no idea, nor am I the least bit concerned or interested. I’ve got a
job to do here in New Jersey that’s much bigger than presidential politics
and I could care less about any of that stuff. I have a job to do. I’ve got
2.4 million people out of power. I’ve got devastation on the shore. I’ve got
floods in the northern part of my state. If you think right now I give a
damn about presidential politics then you don’t know me.

Cheez...what long legs Obama must have to be in New Jersey today looking at

Surprised that you miss him so.

Actually, if describing what you want to see happen without providing any spe-
cific policies to get us there constitutes a "plan," I can easily come up with a
one-point plan that trumps Mr. Romney any day. Here it is: Every American will
have a good job with good wages. Also, a blissfully happy marriage. And a pony.

Romney, who said he would cancel campaign events, during the
disaster... went ahead and held an event anyway. In Ohio he collected
goods for the victims of the storm... goods that his campaign had bought and
then handed to people to 'contribute' while they smiled and had their
picture taken. The whole thing was a scam/photo op. The Red Cross
said collecting food and clothing was NOT what they needed... did Romney
listen? Hell no. And now it's come out that the $5000. Romney spent at
Wal-Mart for the photo op did NOT go to storm victims. What a piece of
human excrement he is.

Touring storm damage in New Jersey, cutting red tape.
See Chris Christies comments.

But then why let facts get in the way of a good rant.

Tell Chris Christie that Obama didn't do anything except stop by for
a photo-op. And to compare "Good job, Brownie" with Craig Fugate is
obscenely stupid... hence, the lack of outrage. What else would you have
Obama do... perhaps a photo-op like Romney's in Ohio? He's got a job to
do, while campaigning... and he has good, experienced people running FEMA.

[chuckle] Well, Governor Christie of New Jersey for one certainly does not
share your observation of Obama.

And given a prime opportunity to show the entire country exactly how private
organizations can do disaster relief much better than FEMA can, Romney
spends a paltry $5,000 or so of his tens of millions for "victims" far from
New Jersey and New York. Then he leaves for undamaged Florida. That is
exactly what Romney did. What Romney personally did not do and has yet
personally to do is to respond to all the FEMA questions posed to him by the
news media. Now exactly why is a presidential candidate stonewalling
questions from the news media? Is this a sign of things to come should he
indeed become president?

Note well Romney's stonewalling the press when asked about his current views
on FEMA. Now why exactly is that, Romney lovers? Why is he making like

Fair question.

Of course even if it got to some actual victims...exactly how would it help?
Would it help restore gas or electric? Rebuild homes? What? At best it
might provide lunch for the relief personnel.

Contrast to how millions in the Cayman's might help.
