“Russia and America should be great allies, and that’s the way it should be,” he said.
======================

Action star Steven Seagal appeared on “Good Morning Britain” Wednesday where he addressed the “disgusting” NFL player protests and took a swipe at reports that Russian President Vladimir Putin had anything to do with the 2016 presidential election.

Seagal, who became a Russian citizen in 2016, spoke from Moscow in front of what appeared to be a backdrop of the Kremlin.

What did he say about NFL protests?

Speaking with hosts Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid, Seagal decried NFL athletes participating in the “take a knee” protests.

“I believe in free speech. I believe that everyone’s entitled to their own opinion, but I don’t agree that they should hold the United States of America or the world hostage by taking a venue where people are tuning in to watch a football game and … imposing their political views,” he said.

“I think it’s outrageous,” he added. “I think it’s a joke, it’s disgusting. I respect the American flag. I myself have risked my life countless times for the American flag, and I don’t understand or agree with this kind of behavior. I think it’s an outrage.”

What did he say about the Russia investigation?

Seagal attempted to knock down reports that Putin — whom Seagal once called a “brilliant tactician” and a “great world leader” — had anything to do with “fixing” the election.

“For anyone to think that Vladimir Putin had anything to do with fixing the elections, or even that the Russians have that kind of technology, is stupid,” Seagal said, adding that this type of “astronomical propaganda” is nothing more than a “diversion.”

“Russia and America should be great allies, and that’s the way it should be,” he said.

What did he say about President Donald Trump?

Seagal also addressed Trump and his reception by the media and some of the American public.

“I think that we have a really unfortunate situation in the sense that even though he was democratically elected,” Seagal explained, “there are so many people out there that don’t think that’s the case.”

“We have a ton of enemies within,” he added, noting that he sympathized with the president for having to deal with those same “enemies within” on a daily basis.

“We have these Democrats that have this whole other agenda to kind of — when I say Democrats it’s not just the Democrats — but there are this whole group of leftover ‘Obama-ites’ and people that feel they should … overthrow Trump,” Seagal said. “And any decisions he makes, anything that he tries to do, he gets blocked so often from the … enemies within, so it’s very difficult for him to do anything.”

Here Segal says openly and blatantly that he supports free speech...but just
as openly and blatantly free speech only by the selected ones...and not at
all by one and all! Indeed, Segal says in the plagiarized words of the no
good, dishonest, totally pathetic, most definitely morally reprehensive
plagiarizing Village idiot:
"...I don’t agree that they should hold the United States of America or the
world hostage by taking a venue where people are tuning in to watch a
football game and … imposing their political views...."

Do tell us, Village Idiot, exactly what words in the First Amendment so
qualifies the freedom of speech as Segal's words here say?

Please clarify, Village idiot.
ha ha ha

And once more does the Village Idiot show us that he the Village Idiot lacks
any cojones to address the issue here directly by performing his same-o
same-o boring Intellectual Coward ploy to run away, of course with his tail
high between his legs, back into that deep dark doleful same-o same-o hole

Well, I say that Segal - much like the Village Idiot with his very own
Village Idiot wishful thinking...that unique "intent" and mindreading
combo - is doing some mighty powerful wishful thinking of his very own when
he Segal says:
"I myself have risked my life countless times for the American flag,..."

Clearly, Village Idiot, you agree with Segal's statement here to the extent
of you the Village Idiot clearly promulgating it as the header of your post.
That being the case, Village idiot, do cite a verifiable substantiated
instance where Segal - except in his Hollywood exploits - has indeed risked
his "life countless times for the American flag." Perhaps...just
perhaps...you the ever so gullible and idiotic Village Idiot can cite the US
military branch and dates of service during which indeed in actual fact
Segal did risk his "life countless times for the American flag." And just
to get your started, Village Idiot, here are some bios of Segal:

http://stevenseagal.com/
https://www.biography.com/people/steven-seagal-9542595

Please clarify, Village Idiot.
ha ha ha

wups...just look at the Village idiot again perform for us his same-o same-o
boring Intellectual Coward ploy to show us that he has no cojones at all and
to run away, of course with his tail taut between his legs, back into that
deep dark dirty same-o same-o hole of his under his rock!
