where should I go to start my new meditation group?

Hi I was after ideas for places I can start my meditation group. Id
need a quiet place without distractions and I dont want to pay alot of
money to start it up.
This is a completely new group and has no following as of yet. I will
be using my own methods I developed for myself that I know work for me
and I hope will work for others too.

I found out I need "public liability insurance" if im to hire
community hall (but I dont have the $1000+ that would cost).
I live in Sydney, Australia
