The Internet is making it possible to travel the globe
without going to the ticket office and requesting a flight
or a bus tour to far away places.
I'm a young German fem. living in the heart of Germany, always
interested in meeting new people and getting to know other lives.

With this posting I'd like to get a view on your view of the globe.
Whereever you are, be it ...., maybe you're looking out onto Mount
Everest each morning you wake up, or are you living by the seaside ?
Perhaps you're living in a rather dry area by the outskirts of a
desert, or looking out onto .....
If you would like to share your view with me, whereever you
are, please send me a self-taken photo (preferably <400kB) of your
landscape or even urban area. I'll be returning a recent & self-taken
photo of the city I live in or of a mayor German sight. Please do not
send a photo showing yourself or any other persons.

Hi Sarah ...... you might get some good pics if you go on line and check
web sites like I do, to city news papers.

I found my city local news papaer has a live cam 24 hrs a fday of the
Parliament buildings in Ottawa Canada as well as another cam shots live of
the city center.
I was given web addys for two news papaers in Australia that have a lot of
great photos of things in those citys the addys are:

1) www.ottawacitizen.com/ (Check for "Parliament Hill cam" "Traffic cam")
2) www.smh.com.au (Sydney Australia)
3) www.theage.com.au (Melborne Australia I believe it is)

I got to see some really great photos they published in their news papers.

Hope this helps you out a bit!

Debbie
