PETITIONER’S REQUEST FOR FURTHER COPIES OF “RESPONDENT’S CERTIFIED
ADMINISTRATIVE RECORD”

Petitioner, Ofume family afored listed, respectfully request
the Respondent to send to the Petitioner further “Certified
Administrative Record” for the following reason:
1. Petitioner (Ofume family) was forcibly evicted from its apartment
located at 33 Arlington Street, Apt. # 1, Lynn, MA 01902 on August 19,
2009 and the family was prevented by Lynn Police from taking any part
of its properties including copies of the “RESPONDENT’S CERTIFIED
ADMINISTRATIVE RECORD” and this important documents were removed to
known destination. Thereafter Petitioner was rendered homeless and
forced out of state.
2. One of the Petitioners, Mrs. Maureen Ngozi Ofume was charged by
Lynn Police for pleading before Lynn Police to take her baby's diaper
and one pair of shoe.
3. Few days ago Petitioner telephoned this Court and he was informed
that the court has scheduled Petitioner's/Respondent's Brief and also
dismissed Petitioner's Motions which are directly and indirectly
connected with this documents (“RESPONDENT’S CERTIFIED
ADMINISTRATIVE RECORD”).
4. Petitioner can not respond to its BRIEF and the dismissed Motions
without copies of “RESPONDENT’S CERTIFIED ADMINISTRATIVE RECORD.
5. Petitioner hereby apologizes for the costs to produce further
copies thus, loss occasioned by the action of Lynn Police on August
19, 2009.
