OFUME'S NAME USED TO ISSUE SEVERAL CHECKS

Massachusetts Department of Transitional Assistance ( DTA ),
Department of Housing and Community Development ( DHCD ) and
Metropolitan Boston Housing Partnership ( MBHP ) claimed payment of
rents/costs to December 31, 2009 but rendered the Ofumes homeless on
August 19, 2009. On before after, several checks were claimed using
the name of Phillip Ofume.
Undisputably, two major official documents signed by a Director of
DHCD persisted in showing that these agencies claimed full payment of
rents/costs up to December 31, 2009 but on August 19, 2009 Ofumes were
rendered homeless.
The problem ( investigative ) found by the publishers is that these
agencies did not indicate the location or address where the rents/
costs were paid and also where the heavy checks fraudulently tied with
Dr. Phillip Ofume's were used by these agencies to effect services to
the Ofumes including Dr. Ofume.
February 3, 2006 - August 19, 2009, 33 Arlington St. Apt. #1 Lynn, MA
01902 shows that the Ofumes were detained under the conditions stated
at: groups.google.com/group/talk.politics.theory?lnk=rgr - and
reasons the apt. merits no rents/costs.
Under this uninhabitable conditions, these agencies and the landlords
continued to claim and enjoy heavy costs on heat, hot water, gas,
stove, extermination, apartment rent, etc whereas all these utilities,
utensils, and services were not there in the Ofumes' apartment
mentioned above. Citations by health inspectional services show that
the apt. merits no rents/costs.
Several complaints were sent to the counts, Lawmakers, and publisher
without action taken in all the circumstances.
