AMERICA: DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN & FAMILIES – MISTAKING POLICIES WITH
PRACTICES

September 6, 2009

Massachusetts Department of Children & Families lays
claim that its department is the same across the United State
notwithstanding its name and decoration on its legal personality or
referencing state act
of different states across the United States.

But in Massachusetts the name shifted from Dept. of
Social Services to Dept. of Children and Families. The policy which
joined children & families is direct implication is the present and
past works of this agencies notwithstanding change of name.

Change of name in Massachusetts added more clear
and direct definition to the work of the department. The duties of
this department are now children and families
centered without doubts but during practices, whereas children are
integral part and inseparable nuclear and extended families.

The case of Dr. & Mrs. Ofume and seven children (Ofume
Family) was selected with edge to review the work of department or
agency. One foot
into the department, the publishers found that the federal and state
governments denied
the family job authorization and sanctions other ways and means to
earn income and at the same time want the family to pay health
insurance, rents, buy
food ; pay college and other education costs etc. On August 19, 2009
the family was rendered homeless as route to seize children which is
deeply and purposely redirected as plot to disrupt, Dr. Ofume's
campaign
for the president of Nigeria 2011.

After setting this trap, seizure of children and
destruction of the family is set to occur immediately. Is this power?
No it is self-destruction and potential scare to investors,
professionals, entire world, etc. The process
starts with sharp allegation such as that parents that are highly
qualified and denied job authorization and employment are not able to
provide for
their children and as such children must be seized and placed in
foster care.

Dirty plans to seize children have been put in place
over normal range, in such abnormal pace that officials of the DCF
have issued their secret and
personal telephone numbers to some of the children and these children
have exposed them and released the
telephone numbers to Publishers and parents. DCF came to the children
and soon as one of the parents steps out into the wash room, they
issued list of
foster home location and telephone numbers to the children and advised
them that they will get better life in foster home.

Soon as this plan was achieved, the DCF intensified the plan of
persistent homelessness and continued to dissuade different friends of
the Ofumes and agencies not to provide accommodation to them. DCF
tactically seized the luggage of the children and when school resumed
in addition to homeless condition, the children have normal clothes,
shoes, warm clothes, etc to wear to go to school.
