Teaching plan (Course Mark/Designation - Fall 2009)
Notice to all students: Teaching of JURISDICTION is a new law course
theory with super-strength in law research, investigation, practice,
enforcement and administration and loaded with domestic and
international speeches, seminars, conferences, symposia, team research/
investigation, etc. The teaching will sharpen the path and momentum
which will allow turnout or attorneys/lawyers, lawmakers, leaders,
politicians, and administrators succeed in practice, policy and
practice. All references provided in this Course Outline are to
facilitate recipients' preparation for each intended post-study
activities and height. Majority of the courses is non-elective courses
to enable student, lawmakers, leaders, politicians, administrators
prepare for the task they desire to undertake. The study encompasses
but is limited to formal and informal reading; investigative websearch/
review; advocacy; soliciting; instrument and law bodies; case law; law
base official papers; etc. All lawmakers, leaders, politicians and
administrators with/without law background are advised to do one year
certificate course or four-year law degree course. See
